It's a make believe literature It's a pseudo lie It's a sleek feel tweaker Made you say how wry you roll Your sitcom refined You're moving minds With a sicky sneak attitude You're high Now, come out from your hole Yeah, you're coming up and seeing the light C'mon, forget what you wore That's it You're mine to hold It's your make believe literature Your golden wine After a sung tong lit night I'll call you mine Yeah, it makes you look bad Oh, you think it makes you look bad Well, don't worry about it You'll see Oh well, you'll see Well, you know you're mine to hold

If I should fall, you know what you're gonna do If I should fall, don't think cause you know it's you
3.
I don't want to fall asleep cause I don't want to dream again Every time I see your face I know this dream is gonna end And I could try and replace you but I know I won't Because the devil you know is better than the one you don't Brown eyes, you put your spell on me Darling, and I can't let it be Baby, You stole my heart away Honey, and I don't know what to say You left your hair in my bed and your mark on my soul And I got you young but I'll remember till I'm old Forever a polariod your eyes all-knowing and bright Memories like ghosts remain of those few nights Brown eyes, you put your spell on me Darling, and I can't let it be Baby, You stole my heart away Honey, and I don't know what to say
4.
It's on days like this that I begin to feel alright My heart has thawed the sun is shining bright Now under these palms I am starting over I'm gonna stay on the shore where everything moves slower I'm looking through flowers I got a smile on my face With my head in the clouds I'm enjoying these days It's away from the grind that I can breathe again I relinquish everything I struggled to defend I'm so much freer now there's no stamp on me The time has come to start being who I want to be I'm looking through flowers I got a smile on my face With my head in the clouds I'm enjoying these days And I'll be laughing cause I found my new home With sharks and dolphins, fibreglass and with foam

about

The first GARY!

Skronky noises from Taipei, Taiwan and pearly sounds from Queensland, Australia.

FORESTS (TAIPEI, TAIWAN)
Forests is the coolest fucking band that most people we know have never heard. What isn’t shrouded in myth and legend about these Taiwanese rock’n’rollers is their extraordinary ability to genre-bend effectively. Their sound manages to simultaneously morph between King Khan and the Shrines, Television, and Wire, while maintaining a level of constructive variance that might convince you they hadn’t actually ever listened to any of their musical forebears.

WHITE LODGE (GOLD COAST, QLD, AUSTRALIA)
Much like their name, White Lodge’s music has an old soul; early rock n’ roll and soul influences are evident in the doo-wop vocalizations while fast paced garage-surf hangs loose over reverb-heavy vocals. Quick timing changes and short, hook-heavy tracks keep things from seeming formulaic. White Lodge would be equally at home slamming whiskey shots out of a friend’s navel as they would be playing the slow-dance at the garage-surf dance hall.
